We originally went to The Sonora Grill because we received a free drink voucher but im so glad we decided to stay and eat dinner because it was such an amazing experience! Paulina was such a sweet waitress who we got to know alittle bit, she deserves everything and Daniel assisted with a complementary appetizer. They were so friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. They had the best music with the music videos playing. Such a vibe! I got my free drink, The wood fire half chicken was probably one of the best chicken dishes we have ever had and the Wellington burger was like Gordon Ramsay’s. We were going to get dessert but we were so full and asked for the check, they came back with a dessert and sparklers to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, best restaurant we went to in Cancun.
First of all the restaurant's design is absolutely stunning, the lighting and all the details are absolutely beautiful. We order one appetizer for sharing- cauliflower steak that was amazing and also we took a salad that was a great recommendation of the waiter and of course we took a steak! You can feel that the meat is very good and the quality is excellent, the flavors were very good and I'll definitely go back again!
